How quickly can you get to me?
For emergencies we aim to arrive within 60 minutes across Sheffield and South Yorkshire. For booked appointments we offer same-day and next-day slots in most areas.
Do you repair all boiler brands?
Yes. Our engineers are trained on all major manufacturers including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, Ideal, Glow-worm, and Potterton.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. We never charge a call-out fee. You will receive a clear, fixed quote before any work starts. The price we quote is the price you pay.
Can I book a boiler service online?
Absolutely. You can book a boiler service directly through our website at a time that suits you. We will confirm your appointment by text and email.
Do you work with landlords and letting agents?
Yes. We offer landlord safety certificates (CP12), annual gas inspections, and compliance records. We also offer preferential rates for portfolio landlords.
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Every ClearFlow engineer is fully Gas Safe registered and DBS checked. You can ask to see our credentials on arrival and we will always be happy to show you.
Do you offer a guarantee on your work?
Yes. All labour is guaranteed for 12 months and parts carry a manufacturer's warranty. If anything is not right, we will return and fix it at no extra cost.
